Liu Te-chin

Liu Te-chin is a seasoned military leader and public servant in Taiwan, known for his extensive experience in national defense and military operations. He has held significant roles, including inspector-general of the Ministry of National Defense and deputy commander of the army, which have equipped him with expertise in international military cooperation and strategic analysis. Recently, he was appointed as a deputy secretary-general of the National Security Council, where he is expected to contribute to Taiwan's national security strategies amid evolving geopolitical challenges.
