Liu Yangmin

Liu Yangmin is the Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Education and Sports Bureau in Baishui County. He participated in the opening ceremony of the fifth Women's Go National Championship, supporting initiatives that aim to foster the development of Go among youth in the region.
