Liubov Rakovytsia

Liubov Rakovytsia is a prominent journalist and the president of the Donetsk Institute of Information-Ukraine, an NGO that focuses on media issues in occupied territories. With Moldovan roots, she has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by media in both Ukraine and Moldova, especially regarding communication with populations under occupation and the struggle against Russian propaganda.
