Initially referred to as 'the woman in pink' due to her distinctive clothing, investigations into her death proved complex, with her identity remaining a mystery until her fingerprints were matched to a relative in Russia earlier this year. Her case was part of Interpol's Operation Identify Me, which seeks to provide answers to families of missing persons and bring attention to the issue of unidentified bodies globally.
