Lo Manh Hung

Lo Manh Hung, also known as 'Jimmy', was a Vietnamese war photographer who began documenting the Vietnam War at the tender age of 12. His fearless pursuit of capturing the realities of war made him one of the youngest war photographers in history. Growing up in Saigon during the conflict, he learned the art of photography from his father, Lo Vinh, and faced numerous dangers to provide for his family. His powerful photographs not only highlighted the war's brutality but also showcased his adventurous spirit and dedication to his craft, leaving a lasting legacy in the field of photojournalism.
