Lokraj Paneru

Lokraj Paneru is the head of the ART branch at the Seti Provincial Hospital in Nepal. He is responsible for ensuring the availability of antiretroviral therapy for individuals living with HIV, working to improve access to healthcare and reduce discrimination against those affected by the virus in the community.
