Lorena Alderete

Lorena Alderete is a councilwoman from the political party Fuerza Patria in Moreno, Buenos Aires. Previously serving as the Undersecretary of Promotion and Prevention of Gender Violence, she has been an advocate for women's rights and a prominent figure in the local feminist movement. Alderete became embroiled in controversy after being accused of instigating a false domestic violence allegation against a man who spent eight months in prison before being acquitted.
