Loso is a 51-year-old former worker from Karangpandan, Karanganyar, who lost his job at PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk (Sritex) after 20 years of service in the spinning department. He is now struggling to support his family, including two children in university, amid the economic uncertainty following the mass layoffs affecting over 12,000 employees.
