Lota de Macedo Soares

Lota de Macedo Soares was a prominent Brazilian architect and urban planner, best known for her role in the design and realization of the Parque do Flamengo in Rio de Janeiro. Born in 1910, she was instrumental in modernizing urban spaces in Brazil and is celebrated for her innovative approach to integrating nature and architecture.
