Lotta Timonen

Lotta Timonen, an 18-year-old from Espoo, gained recognition for her heroic actions when she, along with a friend, saved a young child from drowning at Laaksolahden beach. After noticing the child submerged in water, Timonen immediately began resuscitation efforts, which proved successful as the child began to recover. Timonen's quick thinking and first aid skills, honed through her experiences in scouting, played a crucial role in the life-saving incident.
