Loyford Kibaara

Loyford Kibaara is a Kenyan government official serving as the Nakuru County Commissioner. He is responsible for maintaining law and order in the region and recently imposed a dusk-to-dawn curfew in Njoro following violent tribal clashes that resulted in one death and several injuries.
