
Lu Chi-yu
Lieutenant Colonel Lu Chi-yu, 41, was an experienced pilot in the Republic of China Air Force, having graduated from the Air Force Academy in 2008. He had logged 2,114 flight hours in the T-34 trainer aircraft and was known for his dedication to his duties as a pilot. Tragically, he lost his life in a T-34 trainer aircraft crash during a training mission, leaving behind a wife and two children.
