Lu Yushan, 53, served as a foreman for Cheng Hong Engineering during the construction of a community quarantine facility at Tung Chung's Zhu Keng Wan in 2022. He was recently in the news for his involvement in a corruption case, where he, along with others, was found guilty of soliciting bribes from workers to help them secure employment at the site.
