Luan Tiantian

Luan Tiantian is the deputy secretary of the party committee at the School of Government and Public Affairs of Communication at the University of China. She participated in a historic diplomatic meeting with the Surinamese ambassador, where she addressed the mission of the university to cultivate international talent and promote academic excellence.
