Luc Pandjo Boumba

Luc Pandjo Boumba is a Gabonese economist and academic, holding a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas. He serves as a lecturer at Omar Bongo University in Libreville and has extensive experience in public administration and the private oil sector. Recently, he has been in the news for advocating for a 'local content' policy aimed at empowering indigenous populations in Gabon, particularly in the Ogooué-Maritime region, where they face marginalization due to migration dynamics.
