Lucas Luis Orlando Manzoni, a 19-year-old from Argentina, gained notoriety for creating a fraudulent e-commerce website called 'Argentitienda', through which he scammed 193 individuals out of approximately 10 million pesos by promoting and selling imported products that were never delivered.
