Lucía Pedro Juan

Lucía Pedro Juan is the widow of Francisco Gaspar-Andrés, who was deported from the U.S. before she could see her dying husband in ICE custody. After being held at the same facility, she was sent back to Guatemala, where she expressed her heartbreak over the treatment they received and lamented that she never had a chance to say goodbye.
