Lucia Terrenghi

Lucia Terrenghi is a Senior Director of User Experience at YouTube, where she leads international teams in developing user interfaces for creators and their communities. Originally from near Milan, Italy, she has a background in industrial design and IT, having previously worked for the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin. After moving to Switzerland, she faced challenges as an expat, prompting her to establish the café 'Baci Baci' in Zurich's multicultural Manegg neighborhood. The café aims to foster connections among locals and expats, countering the isolating experience many newcomers face.
