Luciano Bolinaga

Luciano Bolinaga is the director of the Center for Asian Studies at Universidad Austral and the president of the Asociación Argentina de Estudios Coreanos, where he advocates for awareness of historical injustices, particularly the exploitation of women during wartime, as symbolized by the statue of 'La Niña de la Paz' at the Feria del Libro.
