Luciano Bonfim de Azevedo

Luciano Bonfim de Azevedo is the síndico (building manager) of the Puerto Madero condominium in Recreio dos Bandeirantes, Rio de Janeiro. He is currently involved in an investigation following a tragic incident where a 7-year-old girl, Maria Luísa Oldembergas, died after being struck by a concrete pillar in the playground area of the condominium.
