Luciano Serra holds the position of Honorary Consul and maritime affairs representative for San Marino. He participated in the Greek Shipping Awards 2025, where the San Marino delegation, under his representation, demonstrated commitment to social responsibility by supporting children with disabilities from Greek maritime families.
