Lucien Sanou

Lucien Sanou, also known as Luciano, is the president of the Association des handicapés visuels (AHV) in Burkina Faso. He has been an advocate for the rights and visibility of people living with disabilities, emphasizing their talents and contributions to society. Under his leadership, the AHV is organizing the second edition of the Festival panafricain des talents handicaps inclusifs de Ouagadougou (FESTHIPAO), which aims to promote inclusion and showcase the abilities of individuals with disabilities from across the Sahel region.
