Lucinei Tuzi Casagrande Hildebrand

Lucinei Tuzi Casagrande Hildebrand was arrested during the January 8, 2023, attacks while inside the Palácio do Planalto and subsequently sentenced to 14 years in prison. Currently under house arrest, her defense claims there is insufficient evidence of her involvement, arguing that she was merely caught up in the crowd.
