Lucio Ortega

Lucio Ortega is a long-time brick maker and a resident of the small Argentinian village of Ballesteros Sud. Originally from Bolivia, he has lived in the area for three years and is familiar with the local families engaged in similar work. Ortega was notably involved in the community's response to the recent disappearance of three-year-old Lian Gael Flores Soraide, expressing concern and suggesting that he had witnessed a suspicious vehicle in the area at the time of the child's disappearance.
