Lucy Oketch

Lucy Oketch was a well-known hawker in Homa Bay Town, recognized for her popular coffee and mandazi sales. Tragically, she was shot and killed during a protest by supporters of the late ODM leader Raila Odinga, which escalated into violence near the Homa Bay Police Station. Lucy was reportedly struck by a stray bullet while returning home after the protest turned chaotic.
