Ludovino Fernández

Ludovino Fernández was a Dominican general who became embroiled in a tragic incident on April 13, 1958, when his promotion to head the garrison in San Juan de la Maguana led to tensions and ultimately his death at the hands of Ney Lluberes, a consequence of political rumors and familial conflicts.
