Luigi Nazari di Calabiana

Luigi Nazari di Calabiana was an Italian cardinal and archbishop of Milan from 1867 to 1893. He is notable for being the last archbishop of Milan to not participate in a papal conclave until the recent exclusion of the current archbishop, Mario Delpini, marking a significant historical break in the Church's tradition.
