Luigi Novelli

Luigi Novelli was an 80-year-old pensioner who became a victim of a violent knife attack in August 2015, when he was stabbed in the back by Vincenzo Lanni while walking to his local library. Despite surviving the attack, Novelli suffered severe psychological impacts, including a deep depression and a fear of leaving his home. He passed away in 2017, two years after the incident, with his wife Kadijia recalling how the trauma changed their lives profoundly.
