Luis Alberto Cadena Roque, also known as El Cadena, is a key figure in the criminal organization La Chokiza, serving as the second-in-command under Alejandro 'N', alias El Choko. He has been implicated in various criminal activities, including extortion and kidnapping, and was arrested alongside other gang members following the capture of El Choko in September 2025.
