Luis Alberto López Zayas

Luis Alberto López Zayas is the rector and founder of the Universidad Central del Paraguay, an institution established by law in 2006. Under his leadership, the university has focused on academic excellence and continuous innovation across various fields of study, including engineering, law, business, psychology, and health sciences. Recently, he was in the news for launching a new online Master's program in Government and Public Management, aimed at transforming the training of public officials and professionals in the sector.
