Luis Cáceres Brun

Luis Cáceres Brun is the president of Olimpiadas Especiales and a former vice minister of the Ministry of Education in Paraguay. He has been in the news due to the ongoing controversy regarding the 'Escuelas Abiertas' program, which aims to provide inclusive educational spaces during school vacations; however, many educators involved in the program have reported that they have not received promised payments for their work.
