Luis Edison Panqueva

Luis Edison Panqueva is a captain in the Bogotá Fire Department, recognized for his leadership during emergency situations. Recently, he was in the news for overseeing the response to a residential fire in the Los Laches neighborhood of Bogotá, where he reported that 17 people were evacuated from a home affected by the blaze, including children and adults. Under his command, the firefighters managed to control the fire, minimizing damage and ensuring the safety of the residents.
