Luis Eduardo Barrera Vergara

Luis Eduardo Barrera Vergara is a Colombian public official who served as the president of Metrocali, the company responsible for the public transportation system in Cali, during the administration of Mayor Jorge Iván Ospina from 2008 to 2011.
