Luis Fauqué is a geologist who was part of the team that produced a pivotal report for the Servicio Geológico Minero Argentino (Segemar), which cautioned about the dangers of building in the Sismográfica neighborhood of Comodoro Rivadavia due to its unstable geological conditions.
