Luis Luzuriaga is the president of the Federación Nacional de Fonavistas y Pensionistas del Perú (Fenaf-Perú), an organization representing former contributors of the defunct National Housing Fund (Fonavi). He recently announced that approximately 186,000 ex-contributors will be able to collect their refunds as part of the Reintegro 3 this March, benefitting primarily elderly individuals who have been waiting for their contributions for years.
