Luis M. Pérez Bello

Luis M. Pérez Bello was a Dominican military general and an important figure in the administration of President Leonel Balaguer. He was known for his close association with Balaguer and his involvement in the political and military affairs of the Dominican Republic. Pérez Bello was in the news for accompanying Balaguer to the II Cumbre Iberoamericana in Madrid in 1992.
