Luis Max Ponce Arnillas

Luis Max Ponce Arnillas is a lawyer with a master's degree in public policy. He has a longstanding collaboration with Leslye Lazo, serving as her advisor during her congressional term and later working with her in various parliamentary roles. In October 2024, he became the head of the newly established Area of Interparliamentary Affairs in the Peruvian Congress.
