Luís Mendes Cabral

Luís Mendes Cabral is a Portuguese medical professional specializing in emergency medicine. At 46 years old, he has an extensive background in the medical field, having served as the clinical director of the Medical Emergency System since 2017. He has also held various roles, including an anesthesiologist and a medical trainer, as well as director of the emergency service at the Hospital do Divino Espírito Santo from 2010 to 2012. Recently, he was appointed as the new president of INEM, succeeding Sérgio Janeiro.
