Luis Naula

Luis Naula is the head of operations for the National Unit for the Investigation of Transnational Crimes (UNIDT) in Ecuador. He has been instrumental in coordinating efforts with international agencies, including the United States, to combat organized crime, particularly in connection with the recent dismantling of the Los Choneros gang in Manta, which was involved in drug trafficking and extortion.
