Luis Pilaló

Luis Pilaló is a representative from the Federation of Affiliated Peasant Social Security of Guayas, who has been vocal in criticizing government measures regarding the elimination of diesel subsidies and the increase of the value-added tax (IVA). He argues that these policies lead to inflationary pressures in the country and has called for the repeal of Executive Decree 126, which removes the diesel subsidy.
