Luis Salina

Luis Salina is the Chief of Operations for the National Risk Management and Contingencies Office (Copeco) in Honduras. He has been actively involved in managing the emergency response to the recent heavy rains that have caused significant flooding and damage across the country, particularly in the departments of Atlántida, Colón, and Yoro, affecting over 29,000 people.
