Luo Jianyun

Luo Jianyun is the Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Guangzhou Urban Renewal Planning and Design Institute. He is currently leading a team focused on the renovation and transformation of aging residential buildings in Guangzhou's Yuexiu District, addressing the challenges of dilapidated housing and complex property rights. His work aims to enhance community safety and improve living conditions while navigating the diverse demands of local residents.
