Luo Mingqiang

Luo Mingqiang is the Vice Dean of the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics at Beihang University (formerly known as Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics). He is a prominent figure in the emerging field of low-altitude technology and engineering, which focuses on the integration of various disciplines to enhance low-altitude flight capabilities. Under his leadership, the new major aims to equip students with interdisciplinary knowledge and innovation skills necessary for contributing to the burgeoning low-altitude economy, which includes applications in logistics, emergency response, agriculture, and more.
