Luong Qui Loc

Luong Qui Loc, a 32-year-old man working in the healthcare sector, was in the news for allegedly murdering his lover and her 8-year-old son in Bến Cát, Bình Dương. After a failed attempt to maintain their relationship, Loc reportedly killed the mother out of fear that his actions would be exposed, subsequently committing another crime by taking the life of her child to eliminate any witnesses. Following the incident, he attempted to mislead authorities by claiming he was a victim of a robbery.
