Luther Abouna Yangui

Luther Abouna Yangui is the president of the Permanent Framework for Consultation of Public Treasuries (CPC-TP) of the Cemac and serves as the Director General of Public Accounting and Treasury in Gabon. He played a pivotal role in the recent session held in Libreville, where he emphasized the need for improved financial governance, transparency, and digitalization within public administrations to address challenges facing the regional Treasury market.
