Lý Minh Vân

Lieutenant Colonel Lý Minh Vân is a political officer with the Ho Chi Minh City Command, currently involved in efforts to locate the remains of soldiers who fell during the Tet Mau Than offensive in 1968. He has been actively seeking information from veterans, families of the fallen, and local residents to help identify burial sites at Tan Son Nhat Airport, aiming to honor the memory of those who sacrificed their lives during the conflict.
