Lyazzat Ryspek

Lyazzat Ryspek is a former employee of a committee under the Ministry of Culture and Sports in Kazakhstan. In July 2025, she testified in court regarding the controversial appointment of Perizat Kairat to a position as an advisor to the Minister. Ryspek revealed that she was unaware of the signing of Kairat's appointment order on May 17, 2023, as she was on leave that day. When she returned to work, she discovered the order and noted that Kairat had not provided all necessary documents, including her higher education diploma. Ryspek's testimony highlighted concerns over the legality of the appointment process and ultimately led to Kairat not being accepted for the position.
