Lydia Whelan

Lydia Whelan, a 32-year-old woman from Ireland, was diagnosed with stage 2 HER2+ breast cancer in the summer of 2024. Despite the emotional turmoil of her diagnosis, she embraced her treatment journey with determination, undergoing chemotherapy, surgery, and radiation. Recently, Whelan celebrated the end of her treatment, expressing gratitude for the advancements in cancer care that contributed to her survival.
