M. Lj. is a 57-year-old Croatian citizen, also possessing Austrian nationality, who was recently arrested in Cetinje after being reported for disturbing the public by performing what appeared to be sectarian rituals in a cemetery. Following her arrest, she underwent psychological evaluation and was subsequently hospitalized in a psychiatric facility.
