M. Pakštys

M. Pakštys is a seasoned financial advisor who has held various significant roles within the Lithuanian Ministry of Finance and international financial institutions. He has a strong background in corporate governance and internal policies, having worked at the European Stability Mechanism and the European Court of Auditors. Pakštys holds a master's degree in political science and international relations from Vilnius University and has completed postgraduate studies in sustainable finance at the University of Luxembourg. He continues to focus on collaboration with international financial institutions and the development of the national development bank.
